Prerequisites for this program:
You are at least a beginner swimmer
You are able to swim breast-stroke or frog style
You are able to swim breast-stroke for at least 50m at the 50m pool
WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?
Beginner swimmer who wants to learn front-crawl/freestyle
Swimmer who already know front-crawl/freestyle and wants to swim relax
Swimmer who already know front-crawl/freestyle and yet never swim at the 50m pool
