Prerequisites for this program:

  1. You are at least a beginner swimmer

  2. You are able to swim breast-stroke or frog style

  3. You are able to swim breast-stroke for at least 50m at the 50m pool

WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR? 

  • Beginner swimmer who wants to learn front-crawl/freestyle

  • Swimmer who already know front-crawl/freestyle and wants to swim relax

  • Swimmer who already know front-crawl/freestyle and yet never swim at the 50m pool
