SWIM IN THE OPEN WATER PROGRAM

NOT FOR NON-SWIMMERS


Prerequisites for this program:

  1. Effortless Swim students who have completed SWIM FURTHER AND FASTER PROGRAM.

OR

  1. A strong breast-stroke swimmer

  2. Able to swim a minimum of 1km or more continuously or with minimal rest at the 50m pool

  3. Able to tread water for at least 1 minute.

OR

  1. A strong front-crawl/freestyle swimmer

  2. Able to swim a minimum of 1km or more continuously or with minimal rest at the 50m pool

  3. Able to tread water for at least 1 minute.

 

WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR

  1. Those who are looking for support to transition from swimming in the pool to the open water

  2. Those who want to comfortably and confidently swim in the open water

  3. Those who want to participate or compete in open water related events such as open water competitions or triathlon

  4. Those who loves to do water activities such as scuba divers, surfers, SUP and the like

 

WHO IS THIS PROGRAM NOT FOR

  1. People who don't know how to swim

  2. Poor and weak swimmers who cannot swim 50m without feeling tired

  3. Swimmers who have never swim more than 500m in the 50m pool
