Those who have swim freestyle but ended up feeling tired

Those who are interested to do multisport events

SWIM FURTHER & FASTER PROGRAM

This Program is FOR:

Swimmers who can swim freestyle at the 50m pool

Those who can swim freestyle but often end up feeling exhausted

Those who want to swim long distance

Those who want to swim 1,500m, 1,900m (70.3 Ironman), 3,800m (140.6 Ironman) and more

Those who want to do openwater swim or multisport events

OPENWATER SWIM PROGRAM

This Program is FOR:

Swimmers who can swim breaststroke or freestyle for at least 1000m non-stop

Swimmers who want to break out of the swimming pool and beyond

Swimmers who want to swim in the ocean

Swimmers who want to swim openwater safely

Swimmers who want to swim openwater relaxed and confidently

Those who are interested to do multisport events such as aquathlon, triathlon, etc
