PROGRAM SCHEDULE

Program schedule is subject to change.
We reserve the rights to change or cancel our schedule. Those who expressed their interest, will be informed of this change.
Once schedule is cancelled, registration for the program is closed.

SIGN UP/REGISTER FOR OUR PROGRAM

Please read our terms and conditions before signing up for our program.

If you agree then sign up to be in our Waitlist. You will be informed when we open the registration for our program.

PAYMENT

Payment is to be made via our online payment system.
Kindly make sure that you have either credit card or debit card to proceed with payment.
Successful payment is required to confirm your registration.

CONFIRMATION

Once your payment is successful and processed, you will receive our confirmation email via the online registration form.
If our confirmation email isn’t in your inbox, check in the spam or junk mail.
And for Gmail users, check in the social or promotion folders.
Kindly note that we do not entertain verbal agreement.

CONFIRMED REGISTRATIONS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE

Kindly make sure you register for the correct batch before confirming your registration.

Our full service fee.

ITEM NOT INCLUDED IN THE PAYMENT

Entrance fee to the swimming pool.

Please be informed of the entry fees below:

Entry Fee for Anggerek Desa Swimming Pool is $1 per person per entry.
Entry Fee for National Swimming Pool is $2 per person per entry.
Entry Fee for Takaful Brunei Sport & health Club is $5/$7 per person per entry.

Entry Fee for Jerudong Polo Club is $5/$7 per person per entry.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We have no cancellation and no refund policy.
All sales are final.

There is no refund once sales transaction is completed.

Kindly make sure that you have made an informed decision prior signing up and register for our program.

WHAT HAPPEN IF YOU MISS SESSION(S)?

You will be moved to the next batch at no additional cost.
If separate replacement session is required or requested, additional fee will be charge and to be paid before the start of the session.
Each replacement session with the male instructor is an additional $25 per person per session.
Each replacement session with the female instructor is an additional $40 per person per session.

LADIES AND THEIR PERIOD

Kindly ensure that your menstrual period does not overlap/interfere with the scheduled sessions.
We highly recommend for you to sign up when you're clear of your period.

Client accepts and agrees that she/he is 100% responsible for her/ his progress and results from the Program. Client accepts and agrees that she/he is the one vital element to the Program’s success and that Effortless Swim and its affiliates cannot control the Client. Effortless Swim makes no guarantee or warranty that the Program will meet Client’s requirements or that all clients will achieve the same results.
