DO YOU TEACH TODDLERS?

No. We are teaching adults only, preferably 15 years old and above.

DO YOU TEACH CHILDREN?

No. This mostly because children in general don’t actually want to learn to swim, as it is often the parents’ wishes and desire, but not the child’s. This usually results in most children being easily distracted and unmotivated. We prefer students who are genuinely interested in learning swimming, and not forced upon them.

WHERE IS YOUR OFFICE?

We don't have a physical office. We operate mainly via the internet.

WHERE DO YOU TEACH?

We only teach in Brunei-Muara District.
We use public swimming pool such as National Swimming pool in Berakas.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A CLASS OR ANY OF YOUR PROGRAMS?

Please read our terms and conditions before signing up for our class.

If you agree then sign up to be in our Waitlist. You will be informed when we open the registration for our program.

I'VE SIGNED UP TO BE IN THE WAITLIST AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVE ANY EMAIL UPDATES FROM YOU.

We send out our email at least twice in a month.
If our emails aren't in your inbox, check in the spam or junk mail.
For Gmail users check in the social and promotions folders.

CAN I BOOK A SLOT IN ONE OF YOUR PROGRAMS?

We don't reserve slots for unpaid bookings.
Slots are on first paid first serve basis.

HOW DO I PAY FOR ANY OF THE PROGRAMS?

Payment is to be done via our online payment platform.
Kindly make sure that you have either credit card or debit card to proceed with payment.

I HAVE MADE MY PAYMENT AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

Upon successful payment, email confirmation will be sent to your email via our online registration platform.
If the email confirmation isn’t in your inbox, check in the spam or junk mail.
And for Gmail users check in the social or promotion folders.

WHAT DO I DO WHEN I'VE TRIED TO MAKE PAYMENT USING MY CARD BUT IT'S UNSUCCESSFUL?

If you use the same card to make payment and payment is still unsuccessful then we recommend for you to use other card(s).
If you are a BIBD debit card holder, then use your virtual card. Kindly ask assistance from BIBD if you don't know how to access your virtual card.

I’M INTERESTED TO SIGN UP FOR YOUR PROGRAM BUT WHAT IF I MISS A SESSION?

You will be moved to the next batch at no additional cost.
If separate replacement session is required or requested, additional fee will be charge and to be paid before the start of the session.
Each replacement session with the male instructor is an additional $25 per session.
Each replacement session with the female instructor is an additional $40 per session.

DO I GET A REFUND IF I MISS A SESSION OR IF I DECIDED TO QUIT?

No.

We have no refund policy.

All sales are final.

I'M HAVING MY PERIOD. HOW DO I ATTEND THE SESSIONS?

Kindly ensure that your menstrual period does not overlap/interfere with the scheduled sessions.
Missing sessions will disrupt your own flow of learning.
We recommend for you to sign up when you're clear of your period.
